Maṭāli‘ al-Jamāl fī Mawlid Insān al-Kamāl is a mawlid composed by Sayyid Muḥammad ibn al-Mukhtār al-Tijānī al-Shinqīṭī (d. 1299 AH). It celebrates the blessed birth of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ. It traces the Muḥammadan Reality from the primordial light to his noble lineage and radiant arrival, marked by cosmic signs and angelic joy. Included is a moving munfarijah by his disciple Shaykh ʿAbd al-Raḥīm ibn Aḥmad, a plea of solace that reminds believers that hardship opens the door to divine ease. The work also contains two distinctive prayers upon the Prophet ﷺ.
